Both our Sales & Builders Estimation is submitted in Ms Excel so you have the ability to adjust construction costs.

We rely on our experience to make good cost decisions on your project. We have estimated over 130 projects within a 6 months period and these results are then implement into the following estimation. Material rates are collected from major suppliers across Australia and labour rates are collected from builders feedback.

When you are unsure about the final construction price or the budget total for Concreting, Plumbing, Tiling, Windows or Framing, we have you covered. Inside our estimation, you will find all construction costs broken down inside cost centres to allow you to compare quotations that you have received from trades and suppliers and then match them against our allowance.
You may be surprised how well our estimation performs.

Our Cost Estimation is a one-page project cost summary. Our team will complete a thorough take-off and apply suitable construction rates. This estimation is not adjustable, and quantities and rates are not visible. However, this estimate is affordable for the builder looking for a cost review.

Our Sales Estimation is adjustable. This feature will allow you to increase or decrease the construction rates much faster. If the estimation exceeds the client’s budget, you can adjust the estimation to suit their budget. Upon completing this estimation, you will receive a breakdown of the project quantities and visible construction rates.

Addition to the Sales Estimation, the Builders Estimation will break down costings even further with the Supply and Labour costings separated giving you more flexibility with the Estimation.

An invoice is raised for payment and upon recieving payment our team will prepare quantities and costings based on your project. We expect to cover all aspect of construction from start to finish
